if the ls1 f-bod's engine is about 80 pounds lighter where is the ls1 picking up the extra weight? from what ive gathered a lt1 weighs approx. 34-3500 pounds and the ls1 is the same. thats factoring in the aluminum engine and plastic gas tank. are my numbers wrong or is there some hiddin fat that needs to go?
