need help for tonight Going to the track in a couple hours. Put on my sfc, lca with relocation brackets, torque arm, and panhard bar on a couple weeks ago. Still running 1.9 60'. This was at 12 psi on the mt et streets. Any suggestions to help me get this down tonight. thank you.
Dam 12 psi too low. I run 20 psi it seems like a good number. My car is almost like yours you should be running close to my times. Bring the rpm's up to 15-1800 then smash it and let the converter flash and don't let off lol! You should clock in at high 11's.

Get the PSI up to what you would drive on the street. Make a run then start droping the PSI untill you slow down, 18PSI may be about right. If your suspension parts are adjustable make sure the rear is square and all that good stuff. Are you on a preped track or street night? That has a lot to do with it.
I have time slips from the previous owner of my old 83 BBC car and with a non adjustable torque arm, double adjustable panhard rod, stock springs and shocks and lakewood drag shocks up front it had 60 foot times from 1.6-1.9 on old M&H race masters (the old crummy ones compared to whats out now).
I got the car and with Spohn double adjustable LCA's (made no ajustments), QA1 drag shocks and MT ET street (28/11.5/15) with street air pressure on the motor and night in the cold no burn out I hooked.
This was at like 2500 rpm (foot brake with no power brakes) but the second I floored it I was at 4,000 RPM.
If your torque arm is adjustable put it at like -2. Even with a stock motor on suspension and stickies you should be able to get a 1.8 or better.
ET street side walls are not stiff...... I have owned them and have some in my garage... if you sit on them with to rim or air they will colapse BAD. The Drag radial is more like a regular street tire but is really sticky and can flex but can't flex as much as an ET street or full slick.
thanks for the help, nothing i have is adjustable. it is street night so might have something to do with. Still rocking the stock 2.73's which probably is not helping. I am worried about the tune. had a local shop tune it. Going to leathal performance in san antonio asap.

Any idea of the DA the times you ran? Something is definitely off, I would start with the tune. You need a gear in a bad way. Assuming you are full weight you should be in the 11.70ish range minimum, faster if you have lightened the car up.
Also in your tune have you or your tuner disabled the drivetrain abuse? The A4 cars have a drivetrain abuse mode in them that if you footbrake the car it activates the drivetrain abuse which limits your torque that the motor makes. I had this very same issue and with the abuse mode on the best 60' I could muster was a 1.88 on the same tires you are running. I turned the abuse mode off after I got HPtuners and flashed the converter from about 2k rpm and I cut a 1.57 60'. I run my ET streets wrinkle wall tire(not the DR's) at 20 psi of air and they dead hooked after a short burnout.
