Cutting Rear bumper

Ok so the guys that have widened their wheel wells and sectioned a couple inches out of the rear bumper...what did you guys use to re-attach the ends of the bumpers? Does 3M make something?

3-4" out of the back side of the rear bump and 3" from the front.

I had my body guy do the modification. He cut a "pie" shape out of the rear bump, and than "welded" it back together with a plastic welder. Bet you can't tell that the rear bumper has been cut.
