Been having a problem with the t-brake not working in my Rossler 4L60 with the ross-lock brake. I wired it to a switch to engage power to the button, then ran a power line to the button, then to the brake. Its a one wire connection. I tested it all after install and the brake was getting power. Drove it the the street, pushed the button, and nothing. Car just rolls forward. Did a diagnoses on it tonight, and by running a wire straight from the positive side of the battery to the brake wire. I heard the solenoid engage. I started the car put it in drive(manual 3rd as I was told by Carl Rossler) and had a buddy touch the t-brake wire to the battery. The brake worked fine. So im assuming its a low voltage problem somewhere in the wiring.
My main question is: Is the hurst momentary switch limiting my power? The wires running from the switch are very very small. Didnt know if anyone else had this same problem with the hurst button or not.
