Default Tubes in E/T streets

I've been running e/t streets w/o tubes, and have decided I should put tubes in. I've got weld draglites, do I have to do anything to the wheels to be able to use tubes? Also, does anyone know anyplace in the Orlando area who is competent at mounting tires w/ tubes?

You might want to post this in the Florida section.

You might get more help there.

Coach
I had to drill out my valvestem hole to fit the tube's valvestem thru. Ohter than than it was a direct fit

If you have a hard launcher...I'd screw the tires to the rim to. If you spin the tire/tube, you can have a disaster on your hands

With weld draglites you will not have to drill anything for your tubes. We didn't have to on our wheels on the 1969 camaro.

Any good tire shop can mount your tires with tubes.

I was talking about the Florida section because you asked about the Orlando area.

Good luck.

Just like Coach had said, any decent tire shop can mount the tires with the tubes. As for having the screw the tires to the rim, you don't need to do that yet. Mark the tire and rim with some chalk, just draw a strait line. If you see that the line on the tire and the line on the rim don't line up after a couple passes, then deffinately screw the tires to the rims.
