my first track results!

my first track results! I made it to the track today and finally got my first runs in. I ran a consistant 13.37 and my best time was as follows: (with my mods in my signature)
r/t: .894
60: 2.211
330: 5.806
1/8: 8.728 @ 84.84mph
1000: 11.209
1/4: 13.297 @ 108.37mph
This my best r/t was a .816 but I got loose in 3rd and actually had my worst run or 13.396. I am having trouble launching on my stock Z28 tires and rims, and always would catch 2nd. Any suggestions on what rpm to launch at and basically any suggestions to lower my 60's which will lower my et. I am sure if I can launch better and lower my 60's I should be able to hit a high 12 as my car is right now. BUT I think I need drag radials to accomplish this.
Again, any feedback and suggestions on my time will be appreciated.
