Default questions on fuel system

Im gonna start on my fuel system and need some answers. I have a Speed Inc sumped aluminum tank, A1000 pump with twin filters and thats it so far. Now with this set-up i need to run a return line correct? Cant run a returnless system? With that being said what size line? I have in my head -10 feed and -8 return, fine? Then what size for the bridge line for the fuel rails? Ten to sum it all up i run from the tank to the pump, then to the regulator, to one side of the fuel rails, crossover to the other side then out the back side of the other rail back to the tank right? Or if you guys have a better way lemme know. Gonna start on this **** sometime this week n start buying stuff for it.

I ran -10 feed and -6 return. I've been told on one occasion that's overkill but dunno.

I ran -10 to the front to a Weldon regulator.
