Default A4 corvette with a goal.

Hey guys, I have a 00 c5 A4 vette. I'm looking to make some 10 second passes and make over 400whp, below is a list of what I plan to buy to meet my goal. I need some help as far as a couple questions. Will you guys help me with these questions please.

Currently the car has a Magnaflow axle back exhaust.
I plan on adding the following:

VaraRam Ram Air System
TSP Long tube headers
TSP x pipe (catless)
Cam (I'm unsure which one to pick and what supporting mod's are needed for this, please answer that. I would like the car to sound very mean with the lope)
Dynotune Nitrous Kit with bottle opener, warmer, wideband, nitrous pressure gauge
3.42 gears (3.73's better for my application?)
Torque Converter and stall (looking at the vigilante and 3200 stall, correct?)
Tune.

Anything missing/should be changed?

I would personally go with a higher stall convertor then a 3200, what tire do you plan on racing with?
