could i cut low low 10's? setup inside
Im curious to see if my setup can cut a low 10 sec pass or even potentially a high pass 9.
This will be a little diiferent than normal
-The car: 93 Mazda Rx7 with 98 LS1 swap/t56 6 speed, rearend is a 4:10, i may switch to a 3:90. Car weighs with driver no more than 2900 LBS. Suspension is stock, but keep in mind this car all stock pulls .98 lateral G's. Yes the stock suspension is stiff and great for drag racing amoungst other things.
-The mota, 98 lS1 conversion dyno tuned w/ LS1 edit, GTP stage 2 heads w/ cam that they dynoed at 430/442 or somthing like that, all free mods, cold air intake/ram air setup (custom) , N.O.S. MAF wet fogger kit sprayin a 150 shot(il have all the upgrades for the juice) Custom long tube headers, side exiting 2& 1/2 inch exhuast with minimal restriction, aftermarket HD clutch, high pressure fuel pump, fuel cell, colder plugs, ETC.
- The power, i plan to dyno at least 430/430 on motor and then with the 150 shot i hope at least 580/600. What does everyone think of that? Are my estimates within reason or am i on something???
are low tens atainable with this setup?? -2900lbs race weight

using slicks and cutting 1.6-1.8 60 fts. I know those 60fts are horrible times with these power figures, but i am leary about the mazda rear end holding that kind of HP. I know with the rotary engine people have cut 1.5 60 fts with the stock rear end and pulled low 10 sec passes, but i wanna savor my rear end till next winter,,, then it will be time for the ford 9inch.
possibilty of 9s with a lower 60ft???

Go to the videos page and Download/watch the compilation video. they cut a 6.7 @ 103 MPH in the 1/8th with 375 RWHP roughly.
Let me know what you guys think,hahha, the only people that are against this swap is the rotary "purists" Screw those guys, they need to learn that the rotary engine does in fact, suck ***!
