Qa-1's shock?
Qa-1's shock? My 2 yr old Qa1's Are puking oil out these are already rebuilt,They are the single adjustable with the ride height adjustment with the spanner wrenches.My car is mostly strip and some street time which is the Qa1 that I should get that is like a 90/10 ratio only?
Dave it's from the street use. Mine came off my car and were perfect after 2 years of track only.
You need to plan on rebuilding them once a year if you drive on the street alot, that's the general consensus that I have with qa1's.

Wish I had known that when I got mine.
They are shot. They were great at the strip but oil all over now. Since I'm not racing anymore I'll probably just go back to stock and be done with it.
All the racing adjustable shocks are going to have this issue, dirt gets in the seals from street driving and that's it they get eaten up.
It's not htat expensive to send them back to be rebuilt, I'd just fix them, and if you don't want to put them back on the car I have a nice set of stock shocks with about 16K on them if you'd like them. 50 bucks plus the ride and they're yours.
