Good to hear. Just got a new harness from them recently, glad to hear I don't need to buy a new one.
Think they'll attack sfi now? No doubt this had some impact on impact, I see this not being over yet.

Why is it that every site I go to someone is saying they won in court.
The statement doesn't say one thing about winning anything, or any kind of ruling.
Learn how to read, it said the SFI agreed to the change, not that they were forced to by a court order!!
I agree, we should all wait and see. When the truth is ruled upon, they are done.
They lied, cheated and conned everyone again, and they will get what's coming to them.
They charged us for the safety inspections & fees associated and then kept the money for themselves.
They are done. They are on their 5th strike, say good night!!

They were caught selling stuff as original HANS items and they were counterfeit.
They were caught, accidentally using less fireproof layers then they were charging for.
They were caught charging the SFI fee's on items that they did not pay the fee on and kept the money.
They were caught making their own SFI tag's and lying about the number of certified items sold.
They are now working on their 5th strike. The HANS scam wasn't that big of a deal at the time,
and I admit, I let it go as stuff happens. Obviously as we now know, it was a pattern,
and just the 1st of what they were doing to come out. The suit deal really was a major deal.
You can't accidentally forget how many layers each rating gets.
That's BS, when you charge someone for a -20 suit, and they jump in some 4-5 second monster.
That frigging suit better have all the layers.

I don't understand why people want Impact to "win". They have had more than enough questionable things come up over the last few years to make me steer clear. If Impact wins why would you still be dumb enough to risk your life using SAFETY equipment from a company who shows that pattern? I feel bad for people who didn't know prior to this and bought Impact equipment that they may or may not be able to use now. Other than that, **** Impact!

Well good news for me. I get to keep m harness.
However, this 5th strike buisness I just read makes me think I should get rid of them anyway. Unfortunatley, I was one of the people who bought before I knew Impact's track record. I had no idea of all the shady dealings. How have they not been shut down?
