How long has this car been done? I had a buddy that says WCC contacted them a year or two maybe more ago when a Vette with the exact same motor setup as this one was on the dyno, the dyno belonged to Steve (forgot his last night), and everyone was plagued by stock PCM issues?

If not or even if it is.. This car should haul ***!

I would bet that car is Calvin Baltimore's car. I heard he was going to a 442 a while ago after he sold his other big cube motor.

i don't think the other motor was sold, I think there was some problems with it like it dropped a sleeve or something like that. Not sure of the details.

The current holdup (there have been many)? Putting the engine back together with the dry sump system and then getting it back in the car. For awhile we were waiting on the new rings. Then we were waiting on the dry sump. All the parts are here now, so far as I know.

Hindsight is 20/20. If I had it to do again I would not have used low tension rings and I would have done the dry sump right off the bat.

You definately have patience. Good luck with the new setup and hopefully it will be together soon...

Funny thing about performance build ups even if you have the money they seem to take forever. Im having a forged 348 being built and Speed Inc is gonna have my car for a month because they said their machine shop is backed up. All for the love of blowing money.
