Another 2 Step Question...... Sorry guys

Another 2 Step Question...... Sorry guys Ok so I just bought the LNC-002 for my M6 SS. I have read the 10 page long discussion on this 2 times now and I still cant find a good answer to my question. I know how to hook it up and all that but my question is.....
I noticed a lot of people talking about it re-engaging when they push the clutch in on a shift, and they say that it makes the shift easier and I understand why but some cars backfire when they do that. I plan on running Nitrous and I was wondering if that backfire is dangerous when doing this. I would hate to ruin a 1000 dollar ported fast LOL. I know it shuts the spark off and not the fuel but still I have always heard ANY backfire with nitrous is not good. What do you guys think?

I have mine wired so when the clutch is pushed in and my micro switch is made up its active, as soon as the clutch is released its goes back to normal! Heres how I made it clean looking!
