5/6 Point harness install
5/6 Point harness install How are you guys installing harnesses in F-bodys with a 6 or 8 point cage.
I know the shoulder harnesses mount to welded tabs on the cross bar. What about the sub belt and the lap belt?
I have read some people say that you just use the seat belt mounting holes in the floor but the harness manufacturers say not to mount the shoulder and lap belts to different places(shoulder belts to bar and lap belts to floor) What do you guys do? pics of yours?

I bolted the lap belt in the stock holes using grade 8 bolts with some spacers I made from round stock. The crotch strap is bolted to a tab that's welded to the floor brace under the seat.

I did a set of 90 degree tabs to mount mine so there are no issues at tech. 
on this topic and you'll find a bunch of info. You can mount them using the stock holes but they may not pass tech.
