who's torque arm is this? pic inside

anyone know whos this is? its for sale cheap but with no mount. need to see if one is available to buy

it looks like it could be a spohn torque arm. it's not a umi piece cuz umi has the writing in the middle of the t/a and I believe the bmr unit is the same way.
