Default initial suspension setup question

So im getting my front coilovers dialed in as im getting ready to start breaking my new rear end/suspension in tomorrow and i have 2 last second questions

1) the ride hight is level when no one is in the car, when i get in the drivers side drops ~1/2. should i set it so its level when im in the car, or when no one is in the car?

2) on a scale of 1-10 1 being loosest and 10 being tightest i have the coils sent like this
compression 7 rebound 3.

does that sond about right? car is a cam only M6 if that makes a difference for now and im just getting setting set for base running. when i hit the track i will fine tune based on how it leaves

You need to adjust the car according the driver being in the car. I would go with whatever manufacturer of the parts you have say.

you adjusting the coilovers for the ride hight in raceweight. and 7-3 should be a great starting point for you shocks.. prolly going to be dead on honestly.
