Default 27" or 28" tire?

Im undecided on what to do, Right now im running a 26" tire and going through the traps around 6400-6500rpm which is about perfect for my current setup on motor.

Im planing on spraying 100-150 shot next year and I know Ill run out of gear. I still want to run a good NA number. I'm really considering the 27" tire but will it give me enough room on the gas? how much rpm difference are we looking at?

Thanks
Austin

IMO, jump to the 28 inch tire, noone ever just leaves a car at a 100 to 150 shot LOL. First time you leave on the jug and spray right out of the hole you won't be interested in running the car on motor anymore. Trust me on this.

Listen to JL, ask me how I know.... I could show you the receipts for both sets of tires from Summit and then show you the tires currently on my car.

Also, if the kit you order doesn't come with bigger jets, go ahead and order those too to save shipping in the long run. Do I need to repeat my first statement? lol (just ask me how I know) hahaha

alright, thanks guys. The kit is a nitrous outlet plate kit. I have a few jets but will probably just order a big kit of them so I can get it right.

Ill sell ya my 28x11.5 QTPs with maybe 10 passes on them. If you want to try some out without spending 400 bucks on a new set.
