Default Double adjustable shock help

I see tons of threads for single adjustable QA1's or Strange shocks but nothing on double adjustable ones.
I have Strange Double adjustable shocks front and rear and the 300lb spring up front.
What would be the usual idea settings just to get me in the right direction?

I was thinking have the compression loose on the rear so it squats but have the rebound firm so it stays down and planted and opposite for the front.

btw, the car is a bolt on 6 speed with a 12 bolt and 4.11s. So I'll plan on leaving hard at the track.

For the front you want the extension (lift or rebound) to be relatively loose and the compression to be at around 50%.

For the rear you want the compression to be stiff and the extension to be at around 50%. You never want the compression in the rear to be loose. This promotes squatting (unloading of the tire).

Of course track prep will play a key role in your settings Hope this helps.

Ok, thanks. I'll make some adjustments and play around on the street a bit. No local track now so it sucks.
