Default Recomendations on QA1 setting

Just got my QA1's in front and back using the R series with 275# spring currently set at 1. The back using stock spring and have not set anything yet.
I know there are multiple set ups but looking for opinions on a good starting point.
I have an 01 Z28, Heads, Cam, LT with cat back exhaust, 4000 stall, 4.10 gears, drag radials. Thanks for any help.

I would start with 3 clicks from full loose in the front, and 5 clicks from full loose in the back.

"1" being full loose, put the fronts at 4, and the rear's at 7. Start there and see how that works. if the car spins at the hit, loosed the fronts another click. If it spins out a little bit, stiffen the fronts one click, still does it soften the rear's one click.
