few ihra rule questions

do you have to have a harness if you are running fast enought for a roll cage. the roll cage required after 11.50 ihra right and 11.99 nhra.
also how much does a good aluminum drive shaft cost, like a dennys.
thanks. trying to figure out how much money i need to get together in the next week

Yes, You will need a harness. The drive shaft will cost ya around $400.00.
