Vert question
For verts
Roll Bar: 11.00-13.49
Roll Cage 10.99 or quicker.
Seemingly when I raced more I would avoid racing a 'vert car just due to the fact that almost every safety upgrade req. came sooner.

So I guess if your a bone stock LS1 you maybe fine but a minor bolt on auto (lid, cat back, maybe a street tune) can do mid 13's would need at least a 4 pt roll bar.
