Although I'm not a "big shot" I have one on my car but I can't say I have ever touched it.

Not a big shot here either but I have one and its set wide open. Never had an issue and never had to touch it either.

That's my point. Why have one if its wide open?
Its not doing anything at all wide open. It fully flows with no restictions and u mine as well just bypass it and use a junction only.

Am I right or wrong?

Wide open on most that I have seen still limits brake pressure.

If you are only on bigs and littles, you would want one in the front to prevent the little guys from locking up.

I had one and took it off. Factory bias in the factory master works fine for me at 160-170mph stops with skinnies up front.

exactly my point, some do and some dont. I have gone 165 in a camaro witih NO prop valve and it never felt any different than my other car with a prop valve but only going 145mph. So I dont see why it really is needed

Its going to be better to have one and turn out not needing it then to not have one at all IMO. Unless you want to be that 1 guy that has problems with brake bias and could have resolved it with a $30 piece and has to run a new brake line.
