Default Battery relocation - firewall wire hole

Just curious how some of you who relocated your batteries how you routed the battery and alt wires to the master disconnect. It seems that firewall grommet (under the PCM, at least in an LT1) is way too small for that...

Also, anyone have good pics of a shut off (prefer turn-style rather than push-pull style) setup that can be hidden for the street but put back on at the strip?

the hole is definitely large enough, I have a 2/0 and 4ga wire going through there with room to spare. I cant see why the hole size would be different on a lt from a ls but it can fit for sure. And Im using a push/pull so I cant help you on that part although the lic plate area would be inconspicuous

I went through the floor grommet on the passenger trans tunnel. Its a straight shot to the starter and my relocated alternator.
