do you have any problems with it dropping on launch or at high rpms ect... or "sucking the pan dry" ever ? also have you ever had your motor apart and looked at bearings or checked tolerence ?

I ran a Melling HV Pump in my 383 LT1 and the guage never had an issues but still blew out the bearings after time and this was over 5 years ago now and if I had to do it again, I would not have opted for it. This was a stock oil pan as well. Its one thing to have good pressure but if your sucking out most of the oil its still going to starve itself over time.
