With a drag tire and skinnies setup it's going to naturally sit higher in the rear, rear stiff and front soft. You want weight transfer but not too much squat, purpose is to go forward down the track, not launch into space.
Just do some searching, there is 1 thread on here from a while back where PSJ, Madman, and other knowledgeable folks had this discussion, ^ that's basically what I gathered from it.

Race your car!

I played with this a bunch with my own car, and a couple others of varying speeds between 12 to bottom 9 second range...
26 to 27.5 in the back usually seems to work, front usually works at 25 to 26.5 inches.. depending on power level, travel limters and where they are set, what shocks and springs are on the car (decides what you can do with the adjustment to a point). I don't like running alot of rake in the car and I don't like running the entire car any higher then I have to.. I pretty much run it as low in the front and back as I can without having issues with the car bottoming out and without causing issues to load/unload the car on/off the trailer.
Let me say that I am not a radial tire guy and there's most definitely things that need to be changed both with the suspension settings and tuning to get the car to work, so if you are on a radial, the height that I've had good luck with may not work for you.
