I used rubber line that had to be heated up and pushed into Barbed AN fittings. Next Time I'm out in the garage I'll see if there is a name on them. They were recommended to me over the steel braided lines. Been on there for 2yrs not and not even a drop of fluid from the connectors
Edit....just noticed you were going to the stock radiator, why not an aftermarket cooler?

I have a cooler, but that's on the low pressure return line, which I can fit it to the trans with a rubber hose. I'm more concern about the high pressure line going to the radiator.
I didn't want to really use a rubber hose on that line.
Did you just cut the stock lines at the trans and adapt to the rubber hose or just ran rubber hose all the way.
I was also wondering if the stock lines were big enought for cooling the TH-400.
I don't know if the 4L60E lines are the same diamater as the TH-400.

I used the basic -6 steel braid since the 80's.
Never an issue, easy on & off.
Not sure what fitting is on a stock radiator, but I'm sure they make one or you can piece 2 together to fit a -6??

Guys there's some advice here I feel that I must disagree with. And that is the use of push lock style transmission hoses. It's a safety thing. Period.
The transmission lines really do need to be securely fastened to the fittings with a clamp or a/n type fitting. I have personally witnessed 3 cars lose their lines. One was a turbo car at a high dollar out of state street race, the other two were at the track. Do yourself a favor and do not use push lock style hoses and fittings. It will bite you in the *** when you least expect it. If it hasn't yet, it is only a matter of time. Seriously, not calling anyone out, but it is a risk I would not take.

What are those lines & fittings rated at??
I've seen several guys use them on their dry sump and other systems.
I have never tried them, I'm an old & faithful steelbraid guy!!

I have a more basic question. What type of fittings are required to connect to the stock TH400 Cooler fittings on the tranny? Secondly, how do you route the lines to the cooler that is mounted in front of the A/C Condenser?
Thanks,
Joe

What are you talking about regarding line pressure at the diagnostic pressure port?
