Is there a way to put.... A rollbar inside a third brake light bar.
I want to try this so I don't just have an ugly bar sticking out of my car.
I was wondering what spec's a bar has to be to pass tech? Because there is a metal fab place next to my work, and wanted to give them the spec's and see if that could make something work. any help or idea's would be awesome

Not sure I understand what your asking for, but do a search for NHRA rules on google or MSN for exact dimensions.
Mild Steel (MS) 1 3/4" tube
Chromoly is 1 5/8"
But not sure of thickness etc.

With enough money and a talented cage builder, anything is possible. You would probably have to cut the light bar on the bottom and try and snug-fit a pipe on the bottom side of it. I don't see why it wouldn't work, I've had the same thoughts before.
But, to be NHRA/IHRA legal, it would still need the rear bars, and those would easily be seen behind the light bar.
