Default Need help with suspension settings to improve 60ft

The car was a 6-speed car 60fting 1.40's before. I just put a th400 in and the best 60 i had was 1.399 some were 1.41's. not happy that the trans swap didnt help much. convertor may be too tight which may be the other problem. chris at circle d is gonna figure out that issue. I ran the car with the suspension settings i had in it from the 6-speed, which i know are wrong. I need help with what they should be for an auto trans. front is QA1 single adjustable R series with fixed compression thats real stiff and adjustable rebound. 275lb spring. rebound set at 1, so the front would pop up real fast and stays up for along time with that fixed compression. worked great for 6-speed but most likely not good with the auto. the rear is QA1 single adjustables set at 6. v6 springs no spring isolator. all rod ended UMI rear parts. the car had some squat in it which helped it hook with the 6-speed but im sure it needs to be stiffer now.

car makes around 600 to the tire on 200 shot. 3,360lbs race weight. 28x10.50x15 slick(13PSI). foot brake off idle and trans brake similar 60fts. 3600 converter which would only go to 3,000 on the brake (tighter than we expected.) car never spins the tire. dead hooked every time. 60 fts are just slow. ran back to back 10.0's @132.

whats some good settings to try the next time i'm at the track?

Yes. 200 on a wot switch. Car allways dead hooks, no traction issues ever. I just need more forward momentum.

You got any vids?

If you had DA in the rear I would say tighten the compression and loosen the extension. Need to get rid of the squat..

I don't think your doing horrible. I think 1.4's in a m6 is BS lucky and when you compare it to a more consistant transmission setup your better off in the end. I get it, its hard to justify it if your not seeing a end result improvement.

I ended up getting a 12 bolt due to 10 bolt weakness, and ended up slower due to weight but I knew I was getting a better option for the rear.

See if you can drop more weight, a lil more coverter and you may dip into consistant 1.3's

does your front end lift?
if it does, then that is why your 60' is suffering.

you want the car to launch forward and not spin upwards
if you are hitting the tires too hard and its twisting the car up into the air instead of moving the car forward... then its just a matter of playing with suspension and getting your instant center in a more ideal position.
