Mast intake clearance?

Mast intake clearance? Mast Ls7 intake with 4500 accufab, do you have to mount the throttle body sideways? Or is there enough clearance for throttle linkage/cable to mount it straight? Cowl is cut flush with the windshield. If I mount it sideways, Ill have to run at least a 1/2 inch spacer to clear throttle linkage from hitting the intake. Anybody have any pics? Thanks!

I had to mount mine sideways. My cowl is also flush to the ws. I don't know what you are talking about when you say that the throttle linkage doesn't clear the intake.
