Default Tick Performance battery relocation kit installed.

Like to say that this is a very easy kit to install. I did do a little bit of my own fabrication here and there, but the kit Is very simple and the instructions are very well detailed. I installed my battery on the driver side instead of the passenger side since I have my nitrous there. I also had to run a extra wire to inside the car since my fuse boxes are relocated.(I just use the wire from the kit). I also fabricated my own bracket for the battery. I know it's not legal for the track, but it works and looks great. Here's a few pictures of the install.

Looks like a straightforward deal.

No grommets on the through/routing holes?

I used epoxy to hold them in place at the holes. I think it was safer and the last thing I need is a hot wire grounding out to the frame. I also rounded out the holes so there is no sharp edges. I tried grommets up front but they just gave me a lot of problems.

I am running the Optima red top battery. I'm Only using what came in the kit so no I don't have a fuse or any breakers. I don't see me having any problem with the wires being cut tho.

Looks good and clean. How long of an install did it take you just curious? I'm looking at purchasing the Tick Kit right now.

That looks pretty nice. I like the look of the turn ***** a lot better than the push/pull handles.

I am going to run the turn ****, just have to figure out where I want to mount it. LOL!

Does this pass tech at the track for say test and tune? With your mount?

Curious to know as well. I have a feeling it needs to be enclosed to pass NHRA tech but I'll let someone who actually knows chime in..
