Strano or coil over

Strano or coil over Looking at putting Strano lowering springs on and had a couple questions. I also wanted get some first hand experience as well.
Mods in my sig. I'm running ce drag shocks in the rear with stock springs as well as stock shocks and springs up front. I have lcas, relo brackets, umi tunnel mounted tq arm, and adj panhard. A drag sway bar and some lighter front end stuff are in the works. My previous best sixty ft was 1.63 as it sits.
If I were to go Strano what shock would be the best bet?
Should I forget about Stranos and go coil over? If so what is your preference?
Is mix and match an option? (Stranos on the rear coil overs up front)
I barely put 5k on it a year and most of that is to and from the track. It would need to be tolerable for an hour trip one way.
