Default Anybody a math wiz??

So the other day I was talking to an old timer here in Iowa that used to race and build etc. etc. everybody knows the old car wiz. He was saying something about an old equation he used to know but could no longer remember to find your estimated RWHP. It involved curb weight and 1/4 mile time, account the variables, and get a pretty darn close estimate for HP.

Anybody on here know what I'm talking about or know the actual equation or was I gettin my leg pulled?

A quick google would have given you 20+ calculators in less time than it took you to start this thread.

Thanks for the tip on google...i'm not a total moron i tried that.

I didn't want a calculator i wanted the actual equation...you know what those calculators operate on. I have obviously found i can put my numbers into the computer and get a result but i want to be able to do it on paper.
If anybody has any helpful information that would be great.
