What else to remove while dash is out?
What else to remove while dash is out? Looking to do some more weight reduction on my 01 Trans Am WS.6, and wanted to get some input from those have done it.
So far, the ABS, Cruise, Complete HVAC system, and front bumper support are taken out. The complete stereo system is coming out next, along with ALL the wiring related to these systems.
This past weekend, I pulled the dash out, to get the rest of the HVAC system, and start the stereo removal. Since the dash is still out, what else can I remove?
Also, is there an online resource for wiring throughtout the car? Im looking to remove whatever I dont need. There are a few big relays, and unmarked boxes under the dash that I cant identify as well.
Also is there any related wiring that runs from the systems I mentioned before that is needed for anything else to function properly? This is my first attempt at real weight reduction, so ALL suggestions are appreciated!
BTW, I have been doing searches on here, and will keep on with it, until Im finally satisfied with the car.
