rear gear ratio for glide ????

Default rear gear ratio for glide ????

I put in a glide w/brake last my gears (4.11) are shot and need to be changed
I am currently running a 27 in QTP.I have been running NA but planning on spraying a 100-150 shot.Right now w/4.11s the mo is wound pretty tight when crossing the finish line ....which rear gear u guys with glides running....

Im going to run a 4.57, but i wind the motor up close to 8000. Using a 275/60/15 drag radial

that is not a lot of gear depending on what you are running for a motor.

ive tried several, and a 4.22 has been the fastest for me. put a 4.71 in the car and got some reaction time out of it, but no ET really. it just buzzes more rpm on the hwy. if its not big turbo or nitrous, its going to be a dog with a 3.73

edit.... 408/6000 converter

107 with the 4.71, lil quicker short time and 330, but i think buzzes too quick for my setup.. been 109.85 with the 4.22. 1/8 mile of course.
