You can practice this before you get to the track so you don't look retarded when you spin the tires on the line while stalling the car up. Trust me it sucks. Go to some back road and stall the car up(power brake) slowly. Watch the rpms when you stall. When the car starts spinning launch a few hundered below that. That's what I do, ofcourse I have the stock stall still. My friend with a Firehawk that ran 10s said his car launched better at 2000-2500 rpms. You can experiment for yourself.

no matter what you do, you will spin out the nittos if you try and brake stall. What I normally(HAVE TO!) is roll into the throttle and nail it. I still do not have it down, and I cant do it everytime. But when it works I pull 1.8s, and that brings 12.7s. My best is 12.65. And those 1.8s came with me burning out for at least 10secs. What really makes me mad is when I get a good burnout and still spin the tires
Find the sweet spot, thats what I aim for everytime, that sweet spot where I am rolling just enough to barely spin the tires.
