I dont know how good the nitto's (i run M/T DR's)work but when i had the stock stall and 100 dry shot on my car i would leave at about 1100 rpm which is where the driveline was tightened up. How are you controlling the nitrous? I use an FJO controller and sprayed 1500-6400 rpm right out of the hole and ran mid 1.7 60' times on the stock stall.

Nittos need a Force style burnout. Long and drawn out. From there foot brake it to get some load on the suspension. Light turns green and go for it. Usually you can spray it right out of the hole, but I've seen guys have to wait until they get past at least the 60' mark to spray. Stock cars on drag radials are pretty easy to launch. You're not going to get any phenomenal 60' times tho.
