Do they fit for track??

Hoosiers

28x11.5x16.

Any mods needed and would they improve ET's Vs 26x10.5x16 Mickey T's, (ie: better hook and/or trap speed?)

Please don't move this thread as I posted it in wheel/tire but no one answered, also posted in General section still no response.

Maybe someone here uses them and feedback would be so appreciated.

With a 28 you will have to trim the rear quarters because they will hit. As for a better ET; you will hook better, but you will probly want a bigger gear for those slicks.
