Hood weights - A definitive answer Hi all,
I have looked high and low, and come up with nothing but contrasting information.
I am looking for the lightest OEM 4th gen hood I can find. Some people say the SS is lighter, others heavier. Some years different than others. IE LT1 hoods lighter than LS1 hoods.
I don't care if it's an SS or Z-28, LS1, LT1, whatever. It has to be OEM. I repeat, I cannot use an aftermarket hood. I can modify however it to make it lighter.
What is my best option? Thanks for any and all input you can offer.
