Default First Time Ever To The Track

Stock Verter, Street Z rated tires. Like I said, I have NEVER even watched a race, let alone raced one at the track. I took 2 passes to see the track, learn the routine etc etc. This is my 3rd and final run of the night. Definitely need better traction and a converter (i was spinning the tires like mad trying to find traction). MODS are in sig....

1/8 ET: 8.644
1/8 mph: 88.72

1/4 ET: 13.280
1/4mph: 110.01

even with a mild converter and decent tires youd probably be able to knock out a 12.5@110 or so...not bad for the first time out though by any means

Yea not bad , very good mph for your mods, Like 667 said get a converter and you will really rock as long as you get some stickey tires.

Holy MPH! My best ET in the 1/4 & 1/8 is close to that, but w/ less MPH. What was your 60' time on the best pass?

it was a test and tune night, so they did not have a 60' time on the ET slips so i have no idea....

am hoping with a verter and some decent traction to get 12.5s (if I can learn to launch her right, maybe a 12.4)

nice times for the mods. I agree; get a slippery convertor and sticky tires and mid to low 12s will follow...good job!
