Need a (How to remove a '99 gas tank)
Need a (How to remove a '99 gas tank) Need to remove my '99 plastic gas tank.
I think theres 2 straps holding the tank on, but not really sure about the filler tube.
All ready done the trap door and replaced the fuel pump. Now wanting to take it completely off to remove all the other crap.

It's pretty self explanatory once you get into it. Just be careful with the plastic lines. If you pull the plastic piece out from the wheel well you'll see where to undo the filler neck.

Okay theres a secret hole to access the filler tube from the inside of the car. Open the trunk and remove the carpet from the hatch area. On the drivers side theres going to be a black grommet seal, remove that then you will see the clamp right there! Cut it with dykes then be sure to put a hose clamp on it from under the car. Tighten the hose clamp from that opening. I'll try getting you a picture.
