Default Entry fees for Test and Tune

How much are your local tracks charging for test and tune entry? What is a typical charge?

My son and I typically run at No Limits in Morocco Indiana and they just released the price for test and tune - $35 dollars for driver/car. We like going there because it's so close but the track and pits are in rough shape and they rarely prep. We don't race often so we don't know what is average going prices. Sound about right?

No limit is a dump. I have been going there on and off for 14 years. Test and tune there means ,NO VHT. They don't spray. Try going up to Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove ,Wis. Much better traction,95% of the time. I know its a lot farther but its worth the ride. $30-40, depends what day, they are open 6 days a week.

I race at Byron. Test and tune is like $30 and the track hooks all the time.

For the 1/4 track (90 minutes away for me) it is $10 to get in $10 to run ($20). 1/8th track I visit (from current location about an hour) it is $5 to get in $5 to run ($10)..however they just changed ownership so it might go up, who knows. I think those are decent prices.

I go to the same places as guitar does, plus one that's close to my house. Its only like 15 to get in and run (1/4 mile), but the track is junk.

Wednesday nights at Norwalk is 7 bucks for everyone, driver or spectator. If you want to get into the bracket that night it's 20 bucks. Track is fully prepped too. I love having a world class facility just minutes away from me!

Thunder Valley Raceway Park in Noble, OK has a test and tune on Friday nights and it's $15 for unlimited passes, track prep is hit and miss. They have a prostreet night on the first saturday of every month from March thru September and it's $20 to test and tune, prep is better because of the faster cars running, but you're limited to fewer passes due to the classes running throughout the night.

Wow, you guys have some fantastic entry fees! No Limits just added a Tuesday test and tune night for $20 which isn't bad. Part of the problem is the track is terrible and virtually no prep, it doesn't hook well. They are really loose with tech so I need to find out what I need to do to my car to attend some other tracks. I'd love to run a well prepped track a few times this summer.

I'll be there April 25 to get a baseline before I start molding my T/A.
I went a few years back with my GP GXP and really liked the track.

WOW no wonder there so much street racing

I posted Cecil County Dragways prices...$35 on a Saturday but great prep Vs. Friday and Wednesday TNT's which draws a lots of rice in the summer and is hit or miss at the line between water and broken parts.

I was at the shakedown last April and it snowed. Track was cold and I broke a transmission. I'll be out again this year if the flakes aren't flying!

I have raced at tracks all over the country and IMO there is none finer than Norwalk. The really cater to the racers needs and the Bader family enjoys having you there! Couldn't ask for more.
