Better Luck This Year Last year my goal was to run a 12 sec 1/4 mile without headers, gears, or a converter, with a stock motor, street tires, full exhaust, etc. The best I could do was 13.08 @ 107mph with 13.15s @ 106.5 the norm. 
This year (after PPC headers & LSX & HS 1.8s & QTPs) I wanted to run 12s consistently & win a trophy. Success! On my first outing of the year I ran 10 times, with 8 of them being 12.8x @ 109.5 to 111.75. I took 2nd place in the Car Club Challenge & won NICE 33" tall trophy. And my 10 bolt survived!
Guess now I can focus on car shows & start thinking about next year & running low 12s with my 12 bolt, gears, converter & Hot Cam.

Hey you are the guy with the T/A that is going to race for us now. Team NW Racing!!!! Congrats on your runner up finnish, I could not make it to the track that night. I am out there every weekend on Sundays if you want to come out. I am racing my 96 Silverado in Sportsman, and CCC this year due to my car not being ready yet.

with an A4. I ran mine 2 years (well over 200 passes) in the middle and bottom 12s with a big stall on ET streets and now I'm running 11s at 120mph with my fingers crossed for both the trans and the rear.
