Afco thrust bearing
Afco thrust bearing Just got my da afco's for the rear. I am using them as a coil over and plan to mount them inverted but not sure where to put the thrust bearings. Any help and or suggestions would be great
inveting them shouldnt matter for the bearing. I was thinking about this more, the springs have the same ends, I haven't tried this but I think you could put the bearing on either end of the spring ( shock body end, or shock shaft end) and it would be the fine. The bearing is really just for when you adjust the coil over. it would just change if the spring turned WITH the coil over collar or not. The function is the same, Only beifit I can see would be if one kept the bearing out of the way for road junk if you street drove it, getting on the bearing area
