Burkhart makes a very nice piece as well. Very solid, holes instead of slots, title more work to align but it holds alignment better than any k member with adjustment slots.

Pretty light and built to clear even a bbc.

I couldnt be happier with it. I have solid mounts on mine right now but he makes a k member without mounts for use with a motor plate.

Watch "Shumway wheelstand" on YouTube
Shumway wheelstand:

My car weighs 3439 with me in it and this landing caused quite a bit of damage, the K member was not hurt at all other than some scrapes on the bottom.

Casualties include:
Bent front wheels
Cracked oilpan
cracked bellhousing
cracked fiberglass hood
busted cooling fan (ripped the mount loose)

RaceCraft is nice, as is the Midwest.

I have a PA in mine now, want to eventually swap out mainly due to the design of the Upper A-Arms. RaceCraft and Midwest seem to address the weakness in their designs

Just looked at the Double A.... its very nice too.... steer away from anything that has the Upper A Arm balljoint as a single flat steel piece that isnt reinforced.... mine(PA) are bent to ****.

Why are you not interested in the MWC setup? I've had the very first race orientated front system that he built on the car for years with no complaints at all....with countless wheel stands etc. Only way to go IMO.

I just put the racecraft race kmember on my car.
All I can say is great product.
Everything is tig welded and fit great. Used their arms and bump steer kit. Only complaint is that their drop spindles use 3nd gen brakes. Which is fine if you dont allready have a $900 front brake kit.
been using all their stuff on the car. Including their mid plate. Good group of guys. Very helpful on the setup. Cant say enough good things about them.

I have a PA on my car with motor plate/mid plate. Down the road I would probably switch to a Racecraft or MWC.

I will guarantee the quality, fitment, and reduced weight is at the top of the chain. We have both mild steel and chromoly parts in stock, including our record setting race front end package that is used by Ohio Boys Racing, Andy Essary, Brian Black, Ray Litz, and Eddie Krawiec just to name a few.
