Draglite wheels - ? the deal
2 - how much work is it to make 15 skinnies work in the front?
The skinnies on the front are easy. You can either run a 5/16" spacer, which should prevent you from having to do any grinding, or you can do some grinding (mostly on the front, flat part of the caliper) and fit them with no spacer at all...
IMHO, if you want lightweight racing wheels on the car, don't mess around with the XP's. Buy a set of regular Draglites. The rear require a little work to make them fit, but it's not really bad. Some careful grinding and a small spacer work wonders. <img src="images/icons/smile.gif" border="0">
In case anyone's wondering, I run 15x10's(7.5" bs) on the rear, with 28x10.5x15" ET Drags. Up front are 15x3.5's with 26x4.5x15" ET Fronts. I have Wilwood disk brakes on the rear, but still have to run a very thin spacer for caliper clearance.

the stock firebird wheels are 19.5#, are the draglites any better than 19.5# ?
