In your case what are your rpms when you pass the traps? If for example you are at 6400 and your redline/rpm limit is 6600 then you might not have enough room. The difference between 4.11 and 3.73 is .38. So that is close to 300 rpms with a 1:1 tranny ratio. If you have at least that many rpms from redline when you pass the traps, then you can make the switch.
ET wise, I'd have to guess I'd say a tenth to tenth and a half.
