Help me beat this 5.0! Ok, this racing season a memeber of the local car club ran a 13.2 @ 105 on his old setup, beating me. He has a complete new setup now, drag suspension and new heads/cam this winter. I think he will run 12.5s @ 110. I'm not going to get beat again! I'm calling him out this spring. <img src="gr_stretch.gif" border="0"> ...
I'm ordering a 12bolt, dennys DS, and 16" ET streets in Januray. I want to beat him N/A, with bolt ons. What will I need?! This is for bragging rights in the local car club. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">

With slicks and a good clutch, you should be a mid 12 car.
But if you really wanna lay a hurtin' on him, how about a cam (T1 would be a nice choice) and maybe a set of headers? MAC Midlenghts with ORP would work, but a set of longtubes would work best... <img src="graemlins/fluffy.gif" border="0" alt="[Fluffy]" />

gears: 3.73's if you may run power adder in future or 4.10's for a serious wake up at track and if your staying NA
Heads/cam: why not he's doing it, why cant you <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> ... i like it when i stang guy brags on his times and he's got heads and cam and well we are NA <img src="gr_tounge.gif" border="0"> dont get me wrong its some fast NA stangs out there
power adder: sleeper 75 shot or TNT,NX, or NOS... its nothing like a nice dry shot.. easy and simple to hookup
SC: a nice procharger should really make him think twice... i think that says it all <img src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" border="0" alt="[devil]" />

put 4.10 and headers on that thing if that dont work give me a call, ilive just 20minutes from purdue on SR 26,I have looked for you out on campus but cant find you no where,
