Burn out an M6, is it possible????
Step2: dump clutch and quickly apply brake, just enough so the car doesnt move, and enough throttle that the tires smoke good
Step3: hold for as long as u like
Step4:let off gas and push in clutch and roll up to line like normal driving.
Or you can just get a line lock <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[Burnout]" />
You don't need a linelock if you are willing to practice a little.
Like above:
1) Hold RPM at 5000, clutch in, first gear.
2) Drop clutch quickly.
3) Move left foot onto brake pedal and apply just enough pressure to stop rolling.
4) Hold throttle to 4500-6000 while heating.
5) When done, release brake, and easy up on the gas.

Don't forget Step #6: Save $$ for new rear brakes...because that method will eat'em up in a HURRY. <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0"> <img src="gr_grin.gif" border="0">
possibly an exception, but everyone in our club does burnouts this way.. and we all still have our original rear pads and rotors.
