Need some exhauust help---> I want some info on a 3in ORY to cutout and then to a single 3in round race magnum,to a sigle exit tail pipe.
Or DUEL 2.5in to a X pipe to dumps at the rear
will I still need cuotus with this setup?
What will make more ET/MPH on a agressive S2 LS6 H/C car? I'll be running a TP4600 and 4.10's so LOW end isnt a big concern.

Re: Need some exhauust help---> Personally I would run at least 3" duals for a motor set up like yours. The reason I say this is because it sounds like you'll be in the 500+FWHP neighborhood and your motor needs to breath.
Years agao when I had an LS7 Chevelle with similar HP as your set-up I ran the car with 2.5" duals with low restriction Turbo mufflers that dumped at the rear axle. I thought that this was a relatively low restriction exhasut....WRONG! By simply disconnecting the short exhaust and running open headers (no other changes to carb jetting or timing) I picked up 4MPH which equates to about 40HP <img src="gr_eek2.gif" border="0">
Based on this experience at the track, using the same driver and same car after a baseline was established, no one will ever convince me that a ~500FWHP motor will run decent through anything less than 3" duals! Just my .02!
