Lower radiator support My lower radiator support is rusted up pretty badly so I'll have to replace it eventually anyway. Rather than taking one from a donor car and welding it in are their any thing I can replace it with lighter. Like make one out of aluminum and some how attach it back. I don't think just the lower one is anything structural.

Angled aluminum should work, straight bars will flex and most likely fall out at the worst possible time. I don't trust any aluminum to steel welds, I suggest big rivets or bolt it to frame.
If welding it in, you can drill out steel bar stock to remove mass. Keep the holes at least 1/2" from the edge to retain strength.
